Crack tape - A self-adhesive, cold applied, polymer modified, high tack bituminous tape. The crack tape is used for surface sealing of open cracks on asphalt and concrete pavements and can be used as a pretreatment before being overlay.

 

 Self adhesive bitumen tape features:

 1. Simple construction. It doesn't need heating, special tools and a lot of manpower.

 2. It doesn't need slotting, it not noly saves labor and machinery costs, but also aviods secondary damage for pavement.

 3. Good sealing and waterproof effect, the pavement service life can be extended effectively.

 4. Traffic can be opened immediately after construction.

Self adhesive bitumen tape application:

Various grades of asphalt concrete pavement for longitudinal and transverse cracks repair.

Cracks less than 5mm width can be directly pasted and repaired; Cracks larger than 5mm should be filled with filler in advance. Construction temperature below 15 ℃ can be heated.
