Asphalt crack machine is mainly used for surface crack treatment of asphalt pavement, cement pavement and site etc.

 

Asphalt crack machine feature:

1.Set up maintenance-free rare earth permanent magnet generator as total power source, which has advantages of fully electric design and low maintenance cost.

2.Glue amount is adjusted by frequency converter motor, reduce rubber pump abrasiveness.

3.The hose adopts electrically heating, faster warming up.

4.The burner adopts fully automatic control, reduce oil consumption.

5.Material tank heating system use HTF indirect multi-area heating, 360°mixing, ensure evenly heating.

6.Quickly heating flue, which has good heat preservation.

7.The heating reactor replaces storage bin part.
